Decisions, Decisions by the Highest of the Judicial...

I read an article on the Supreme Court beginning the arduous task of deciding on some major "hot topic" issues. There are  many for them to choose to begin with, from Obama's healthcare plan to privacy among individuals. They also have to decide on immigration, constitutionality of our amendments and a lot of other stuff. Refer to article below.

Supreme Court

As for immigration status and deportation of those who were brought here as a child, I feel it is just

not right to deport them. They were minors and brought here at no choice of their own. Now this is all they know.

The inmate on death row who has received hideous representation, which is a constitutional right, is sad. His rights are violated in my opinion if his public defender failed to uphold his duty to represent him.

Tracking someone via GPS, without warrant, doesn't fly...invasion of privacy, First Amendment right!

Television networks, gotta side with them..it is inconsistent and practically impossible to censor everything..especially "live"tv. Kids hear and see too much, but it is a product of what society has become and it's too late to turn back time..

Healthcare..have fun with that one...I don't feel anyone, even the President, has the right to force an individual to purchase healthcare. Was there healthcare a century ago?? Who is this really benefiting??

Ahh, it would seem the Supreme Court has got it's hands full...just Erin's opinion
